The sixth biennial conference will be held at the Naval, Military and Air Force Club of South Australia in Adelaide (111 Hutt Street, Adelaide SA 5000) during 23 – 25 October 2015 with a reception on the Friday (23 October) evening. Registration fees are:Full registration $145
